We are delighted to announce that Future Car Park by Daniel Statham Studio was awarded Winner for Public Architecture at International Property Awards (IPA) Asia Pacific, which just concluded last week in London, UK. This is the third win of the Studio at IPA, following after PeaceBird Fashion Centre and FOHO Galactic Super Campus, and the fourth prestigious international laurel the project has won.
The International Property Awards (IPA) are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. It is judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts, with Lord Caithness, Lord Best, Lord Waverley, and members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament serving as panel chairs. The judging panel focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability, aiming to select and celebrate outstanding property design firms. IPA is the world’s most renowned programme of awards for all aspects of the property industry and a world-renowned mark of excellence.
